Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Sayus Consultancy Services collects through sayus.in and the Sayus Website Visibility Auditor, and how it is used. Last updated 5 October 2026.
What does this website collect?
sayus.in uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are read and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you arrived; we use it only in aggregate and do not use it for advertising. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to send and use them only to respond to you.
What does the Visibility Auditor collect?
When you run a scan, we record the website address scanned and its scores. If you choose to email yourself your results, we store that email address and whether you agreed to be contacted about them. If you buy a report, we collect the name, email, phone number and any GST details you enter, which are used to deliver the report and issue an invoice. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store card details.
Do we share your information?
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the services — hosting, analytics, payments, invoicing and email delivery — and where the law requires it.
How long do we keep it?
Only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require for invoices.
