These terms apply to your use of sayus.in, the Sayus Website Visibility Auditor and Sayus service packages, operated by Sayus Consultancy Services. Last updated 5 October 2026.
Do reports guarantee results?
Content on this site and reports from the Visibility Auditor are provided for information. They identify opportunities based on automated checks at the time of a scan. They do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, inclusion in AI-generated answers or any business outcome.
How are paid reports delivered?
Paid reports are digital products delivered immediately after payment, on screen, as a PDF and by email. If a report fails to generate or reach you, contact us and we will resend it or resolve the problem.
How are service packages billed?
Package prices are shown before GST; 18% GST is added at checkout. One-time packages are paid in full in advance. Monthly plans are paid monthly in advance, with a minimum term of 3 months. Extra branches or business addresses are billed at the add-on rate shown on the pricing page. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the ad platform and is not part of our fees; for ad budgets above the limit shown on the pricing page, the management fee is a percentage of ad spend. Custom development is governed by its own written proposal.
Can I cancel a package or get a refund?
If you cancel before work starts, we refund the full amount. Work starts at the onboarding call; after that, one-time package fees and any month already started are not refundable. After the 3-month minimum, monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice by emailing info@sayus.in. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.
What counts as acceptable use?
Please scan only websites you own or have a legitimate interest in, and don't attempt to overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the services.
Who owns the content and reports?
The site, the Sayus methodology materials and the auditor are owned by Sayus Consultancy Services. You may use reports about your own website freely within your business.
Can these terms change?
We may update these terms as the services change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be noted on this page.
Which law applies, and who do I contact?
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions about them can be sent to info@sayus.in.
